Riverside, CA - May 29, 2006

On Saturday, May 13, 2006, O'Connor * Telezinski participated in "Men Who Cook," a
fundraiser for the Riverside YWCA.

    Participants cooked and served a wide variety of dishes. The O*T Team prepared pierogis, a
    traditional Polish dish. Pierogi are similar to ravioli. They are made of dough and filled with
    various ingredients, such as meat, potato and cheese, and sauerkraut and mushroom. At the event,
    the O*T Team then fried the pierogi in bacon and green onions. The item was a hit and the O*T
    Team received the award for "Best Appetizer."

    The O*T Team consisted of two cooks: Joseph Telezinski (partner) and Brad Tucholski (husband
    of firm partner Carrie O'Connor), and two assistant cooks: Brandon Telezinski (Joseph's son) and
    Matt O'Connor (Carrie's brother). We are also grateful to Connor Tucholski (Carrie's son) and
    Phil Sopocko (Carrie's grandfather) for their participation. Finally, we (the Men Who Cooked)
    would like to thank Carrie O'Connor, Alice Telezinski (Joseph's wife), and Mimi Sopocko
    (Carrie's grandmother) for their support and assistance during this event.
