    Carrie O'Connor and Joseph Telezinski Complete Associate in Risk
    Management for Public Entities Program
     Founding Partners now hold ARM-P professional designation

     Riverside, CA - September 11, 2008
     O'Connor * Telezinski is pleased to announce that the firm's Founding Partners, Carrie O'Connor
     and Joseph Telezinski, have completed the Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities
     Program.  This professional designation has the same requirements as the standard Associate in Risk
     Management, plus an additional component specifically focused on issues unique to public entities. 

     This training is one more way the firm's partners have made it a point to understand their clients'
     needs.  The firm strives to be familiar with all challenges, typical and unique, faced by their clients.
     The ARM-P program promotes the partners' abilities to "speak the language" of risk managers, thus
     enhancing communication.  Issues and solutions can be looked at from a risk management point of
     view, instead of just a legal perspective.
